Rates follow the season and update for your dates. Every house has a private pool, air conditioning and a team on the island.
Choose your side of Ibiza
The island is about 41 km end to end. The west has the sunsets, the north the quiet, the south the long beaches and the airport, and Ibiza Town the restaurants and the old walls.
Arranged before you land
Ask for any of these when you book. Our island team confirms the details a week before arrival.
Airport transfer
A driver meets you at arrivals at Ibiza airport and brings you to the door.
Private chef
Dinners on the terrace, for one evening or the whole stay, planned around the local market.
A day at sea
A skippered boat to the beaches of Formentera, back in time for sunset.

The island through the year
Bar height shows each month's nightly rate as a share of the July and August price. Sunset times are for the 15th, in local time.
July and August
The sea is at its warmest and the island at its busiest. Stays run Saturday to Saturday with a seven-night minimum, and the larger houses are reserved first.
May, June, September, October
Warm water from June, quieter roads and shorter minimum stays. The clubs open in late spring and hold their closing parties in early autumn.
November to March
Many beach restaurants close for winter, but the villages stay open and the almond trees flower across the north in late January and February.
